Alicia Latimer, African-American Resource Center coordinator, was interviewed on KOTV's Noon Show July 1.  She encouraged library customers to attend "The Bluest Eye" program on July 11, 6:30-9 p.m. at the Rudisill Regional Library, 1520 N.
